Through the misty mountains

First off I would like to commend you on the sky, the stars are a very nice touch. My first observation upon taking a closer look are the strokes I can see from the tools you were working with. I'm not sure if it was on purpose in an attempt to add texture, which brings me to the only thing that can be worked on. Overall everything is flat, the mountains and dragon need texture. The grass the dragon is on, should also be consistent with the other grass. Lastly, the farthest mountain should be darker relative to where the sun is coming from. In conclusion, you did well with the sky, and everything else I mentioned will come with practice. Keep up the good work!
