This definitely has a lot of detail put into it, I can see the effort and artistry quite clearly. The background is stunning, with beautiful light effects in the stars and sky. While the night background is a little light, it adds mood and effect to the scenery, giving it a fantasy look. The mist makes a mysterious setting, like the character has left a forgotten land, possibly something to do with the character's past. The water is a bit flat looking but the lighting is great.

The clouds drifting by the white moon add contrast, but compared to the sky and fog, it looks slightly unnatural.

The dragon herself is beautiful, with an excellent pose like she is running across the water. I really like the way you added the string of water from behind her leg, because it gives the impression of speed and makes it more realistic. I'd have to say, my favorite part of this drawing is her wings, because they are so excellently done. I noticed the bottom edge of her wing is a little blurred, but the pose clearly shows that she is about to make a powerful downstroke, and is already flying fast. The glow markings are intricate and interesting, and the tail curves nicely downwards. While her feet and claws are unique and pleasingly detailed, the lack of scales on her main body give a somewhat oddly smooth look, like she is made of glass. Her forehead is a little high up with no sloping muzzle, and her jawbones are unpronounced. Her legs, tail and wings are the best and most anatomically correct, but some little parts like her chest, neck and back look clunky and not as elegant as most flying animals do.

Otherwise, this is a wonderful picture with lots of likable qualities! It has a lot of potential and some certain details have the look of a great artist. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see more of your art! Hope this helped with a few suggestions, as this is only from my point of view. It looks great!
